i wanted to write a blog on the web about my favorite breakfast which is eggs benedict.

these are the reasons why eggs benedict is the best breakfast food:

1. eggs benedict has hollandaise sauce. it is commonly known all over that hollandaise sauce is the greatest condiment. it is made of egg yolks and butter and lemons. this means that you can eat eggs as a condiment on your eggs.

2. eggs benedict can be made in many different ways. a regular eggy benny (this means eggs benedict for people who are in the know) is built by putting ham on top of the muffin, then a poached egg on top of the ham, and then hollandaise sauce on all of it (**important** if you are a very good chef you will put a lot of hollandaise sauce on, i know this because i am an expert, and this is why i have a blog about it). i have been all over and eaten all different eggy bennies and sometimes they have salmon instead of ham, or have other ingredients like vegetables. sometimes a creative chef will use a waffle and not an english muffin (!). this means it is also the most innovative breakfast.

3. when you start eating the egg, the egg yolk will go everywhere, which means that it will go on your hash browns also. the hollandaise can also get on your hash browns. both of these things will make your hash browns taste much better. it must be noted that plain potatoes are not a very good breakfast. this is why they are commonly put next to the eggy benny, so that they can taste good by accident.

4. most of the time when you go to buy your eggs benedict you will be in a place that has other breakfasts too. this puts your dining companions at ease but if they try to order eggs florentine please redirect them, there are many other times when you can eat vegetables, but many restaurants will not give you an eggy benny in the evening.

in this blog i will tell you a little bit about the places i go to find the very best eggy bennies. most of the time these will be places in the state where i live (which is new york). i will tell you about the people that gave me an egg benedict and i will also sometimes tell you about the town where i ate the egg benedict. after that i will get down to business (!) and i will tell you how good it is using a very rigorous system where i rate the egg benedict on a scale of one egg to five eggs.
